1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ARK Rendra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ARK Rendra is a render studio that generates images from text descriptions using AI technology. The Service offers Free, Starter, and Pro subscription plans with varying features and usage limits.

3. Account

  • You must sign in using a valid Google account to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via PayPal.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

5. Usage & Render Limits

  • Free — 10 renders per month, 1080p output, personal use only
  • Starter — 50 renders per month, 2K output, all style presets
  • Pro — Unlimited renders, 4K output, commercial license

Unused renders do not roll over to the next billing period.

6. Generated Content

  • Images generated on the Free plan are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Pro plan subscribers receive a commercial license for all generated images.
  • You may not use generated images for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
  • We do not claim ownership of images you generate.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

ARK Rendra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
